Friday I played some basketball with some guys from work and had the traditional date night with Kat…
Saturday started off slow (I guess I had time that morning, but I never am motivated to do anything in the morning), we had an ordination service that evening (rev. jole yates, rev. tony morgan, rev. joseph duane sangl and rev. matt bailey) and then it was time for the free pay-perview on SPIKE tv. More on that in a sec.
Sunday’s are a no go for anything other than church… and I love it!
The SPIKE pay perview was awesome, except that one of my favorite MMA guys got knocked out… Mirko Cro Cop got kicked in the head by Gonzaga… I couldn’t believe it. It was a far better upset than last months, Serra knocking out St. Pierre. Cro Cop is a beast. Just ONE of his legs equal two of mine… and they are solid as a rock. The best thing about Cro Cop is his facial expressions during a fight… he has NONE! He was getting OWNED and had the same look on his face. I still think the fight would have turned out different had HERB DEAN not stood them up… why the heck did he do that anyways? Speaking of UFC… it has really taken over all other fight nights… boxing to me is just flat out boring now. Kick boxing has always been kinda, BLAH… and wrestling… well wrestling just SUCKS. The next pay-perview is not free, however it should be a good one. Chuck Liddell vs. Rampage Jackson… I think Rampage will destroy Liddell… but after this past weekend who knows.
Dont know how long this will be up on youtube because “ZUFFA” claimed copyright laws on all the others, but while it last here it is… the sound is off and is in a different language, but you can commentate better than joe rogan anyways.
The NFL draft is this weekend. It is going to be awesome… regardless of whether or not Daunte Culpepper is traded before the draft, the Raiders are going to select Calvin Johnson.
